Mem’s Soul Food (MSF) is a not-for-profit charitable organisation that delivers life-changing programs and courses, with the aim to providing families and young people the ‘Recipes To Life’: essential life lessons and guidance.
Founded in 2013 by Mem Hockley, the charity focuses on life coaching courses for individuals as well as well-being days for young girls, hosted in schools and community groups.
