Mindfulness Meditation In The Classroom

New research in the fields of psychology, education and neuroscience shows teaching mindfulness meditation in schools is having positive effects on students’ well-being, social skills and academic skills.

How Will The Session Run?

Age group: Suitable for K-12

Session times: You can choose a 30min, 45min or 1.5hr session, which includes personal development. Facilitated at your school.

One off sessions are available or regular term sessions. Programs can be tailored to schools requirements with session times, numbers of students, and frequency of term sessions.

Each session will focus on:

  • relaxation and breathing
  • calming the mind with no thoughts
  • positive self affirmations (guided)
  • goal setting
  • letting go
  • personal empowerment
  • finding peace


Large groups (50-100 students)
$5 per student: Mindfulness Meditation session facilitated in smaller class groups of 25.

Smaller specialised groups
$15 per student (10-15 students)

Disengaged or at risk girls specialised smaller group sessions available on request.
